When you first make the decision to apply for a credit card, you need to think about where you stand as far as your credit score goes so you know what types of cards you’re realistically eligible for. Once you do that, you’ll be able to get a good idea of cards that you’re able to obtain (good beginner cards are Capital One or the Citi Simplicity card). After choosing, you’ll just need to fill out the application and wait on your approval!
